Mursel Ahmet Delia (1875-1931) was an Albanian kacak from Prekaz, Kosovo who fought the Serbian invasion of Kosovo in 1912 and participated in the kacak movement with Azem Bejta during the 1920s. He fought among Emin Lati and Bajram Zena from Prekazi.[1] He was persecuted by the UDBA (Serbian secret police). He was the son of Ahmet Delia. During the final years of his life, he lived illegaly in Mitrovica.[2] When Mursel Delia became sick he traveled to the hospital in Skopje. He never recovered and died there. It is suspected that he was poisoned at the hospital. He was buried at the Allaxh mosque in Skopje. For a long time his grave was guarded by Serbian-macedonian forces in so to not allow the Albanians to return it to Kosovo. He was well acquainted with Hasan Prishtina.[3] In the 25th of december 1925, Mursel Delia fought with his cousin Rame Islami and his son Jetullah against Serbian chetnik forces where he seized a rifle from one of the soldiers and killed five.[4]
