British Consul Sir Harry Harling Lamb: Why Serbia armed Albanians in 1912

According to a letter written in August 17, 1912 from the British General Consul Sir Harry Harling Lamb or Harry Lamb, seated in Thessaloniki, to the British Foreign Ministry, he writes:

The Serbian government gave free arms to the Albanians in Kosovo in order to persecute and kill Serbs in order to create a pretext for the annexation of Kosovo and in order to accuse the Albanians of massacring the Slav population of Kosovo“.
