Carl Pauli: The Serbs were trying to exterminate the Albanians

In 1912, journalist Carl Pauli published a document titled “Kriegsgreuel : Erlebnisse im türkisch-bulgarischen Kriege 1912 ; Nach berichten von Mitkämpfern und Augenzeugen” which covered the atrocities of the invading armies of the Balkan war. He writes that the Serbian authorities were trying to exterminate the Albanians. He also accused the European powers for doing nothing to stop it. The following quote from page 41 and 46 states the following:

Until now, the entire European press has always treated the Albanians with love.
Turkey was accused of resisting reforms and felt sorry for the Albanian mountain
people. Now, as the world reverberates with the atrocities committed against the Albanian
population by the Serbian troops, the European newspapers remain silent.
