“The arrival of 4 heads of the main chiefs of the Albanians, namely Settchtar Padra, Sahir Abassi, Khola Bey (Kolë Begu), Arghiro Castro and Agá Bessiari, has produced a huge sensation. Bachá got rid of them, it is believed that he trusted very little in their fidelity and that as a result, he could not count much on these people, circumstances that alone will decide the fate of this campaign. All the Porta’s calculations were based on the Albanezes and It is clear that these will not see the death of their leaders in cold blood. It is feared that Omer Urione will have the same fate.”
