Serbian historian Dusan T. Batakovic has always shown elements far right ultra-nationalist tendencies, refusing to mention Serbian atrocities against Albanians in 1912-13, among other things.

A critical review of the works of Dustan T. Batakovic (1957-2017)

This article reviews Dusan T. Batakovic (died 2017 at the age of 60) and his works. Batakovic has, among other things, refused to mention Serbian atrocities against Albanians in 1912. He also showed anti-democratic and ultra-right wing tendencies considering he reacted “negatively” when Canada recognized the second Albanian state of “Kosovo”.

  1. Refusal to acknowledge Serbian armys war crimes against Albanians
  2. Refusal to write on Serbian atrocities in Croatia, Bosnia and Kosovo in the 1900s conflicts
  3. Refusal to write on Serbian authorities poisoning Albanian students in 1990
  4. Refusal to write of Serbian atrocities between 1913-1918
  5. Refusal to write of Yugoslav-Serb atrocities between 1918-1939
  6. Refusal to write of Serbian atrocities on Albanians in 1878
  7. Refusal to write of the Serbian oppression and colonization of Albanian lands
  8. Refusing to recognize Kosovo
  9. Refusing to follow fundamental academical principles of academical history.

The list goes on. Serbian author Batakovics perspective is and was clearly biased and should be remembered as an arrogant ultra-nationalist heavily biased and hypocritical historian. His works should be reviewed critically.
