Petrit Latifi
“Paskoff considered it very necessary to finally make the world known do the Bulgarians virtues. This was not enough for him. He also wanted to point out by what despicable peoples this virtuous Bulgarians are surrounded. For he continues his manifesto with the words:
“Surrounded: by the Romanians, who are suffering from an injustice distribution of the land, which enables the ruling class set to lead a lazy, luxurious and depraved life, the common people on the other hand leads a miserable existence and a bestial life; by the Serbs, a weak and narrow-minded people, but with an insatiable lust for power, that, by his attempts to expel the Bulgarians from Macedonia and to absorb a portion of the Albanians, either he will suffocate or his stomach will will blow apart; by the Greeks, who to an even higher degree have lost their heads as a result of their unexpected successes, which they owe it entirely to others and who find their way much faster to degenerate; and finally by the Turks, who in all in ways lower than we are; surrounded by all these peoples, the Bulgarian has nothing to fear. The future in the Balkans belongs to him.”
