Dutch officers in 1914: The Greek army of arsonists burned 15 Albanian villages

In 1914, the Dutch newspaper “Leidsch Dagblad” reported on Greek war crimes and atrocities in Korca and other Albanian villages. Quote:

“We have,” he continues, “sent this entire invoice plus a photo of the corpses to Durazzo, so that the scheming and bungling of the Greek army can come into clear light. That army is an army of robbers and arsonists. I have seen more than 15 Albanian villages burning on the other side of the border,” the writer concludes his first letter.
