Petrit Latifi

In 1904, the “Innsbrucker Nachrichten” published an article about a report from Belgrad which stated that Macedonians and Serbs had created a secret organization where Serbian gangs would operate continiously in the Vilayets of Kosovo and Monastir.

“Belgrade, January 24. The leaders of the local Macedonian movement have drawn up the program of a secret Serbian-Macedonian organization, according to which Serbian gangs are to operate continuously in the vilayets of Kosovo and Monastir this spring.”
