Between the years 1988 to 1990, Serbian authorities poisoned 20,000 Albanian children, and killed over 100 people. In the publication “The Albanian January” from 2009 we can read:

“MARCH 22, 1990 POISONING: Serbian nationalism in Kosovo showed its darkest side. There are about 20,000 Albanian children who were poisoned during the years 1988-1990 by the secret services of Serbia.

1989-1990 100 KILLED: The removal of autonomy brought protests throughout Kosovo. During this period, although Kosovars protested peacefully, the Serbian army killed over 100 people, 400 others were injured, 20,000 children were poisoned.”
