When Serbian terrorists attacked German civilians in Orlovac in 1923

In 1923 the “Neueste Zeitung” reported that Serbian radicals had attacked members of the German Cultural Association in Orlovac, wounding many. The leader of the terrorists was arrested.

“Violent acts by Serbian nationalists.

AB. Graz, August 23. The “Tagespost” receives a report from Neusas: Approximately 40 Serbian nationalists attacked members of the German Cultural Association in the village of Orlovac, seriously injuring several of them. The president of the German Cultural Association was mortally wounded. The leader of the Serbian nationalists has been arrested”.
