This is the decalogue of the Nationalist Organization “Balli Kombëtar”
- We fight for the RED AND BLACK FLAG, for the PROTECTION OF THE RIGHTS OF THE ALBANIAN NATION.
- We fight for a FREE, ETHNIC, DEMOCRATIC ALBANIA, WITH MODERN SOCIAL BASES.
- We fight for an Albania where FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND THOUGHT reigns.
- We fight for an Albania regulated economically and socially in such a way that there are no exploited people, that is, no people who live parasitically on the backs of others; no farmers without sufficient land, no manual and mental workers without housing and a secure life; so for an ALBANIA REGULATED WITH AN ECONOMIC SYSTEM REFORMED according to the spirit and needs of the Albanian people.
- We fight for an Albania where the hidden values in every stratum of the people will be discovered, supported and increased by the Albanian school.
- We fight for an Albania where all values will be justly appreciated without distinction of age, region of faith and class.
- We fight for an Albania led by uncompromising people, by Albanians who have not spared themselves at all times and in all circumstances for the salvation and good of this Country, by hardworking, capable and honest men.
- We fight for an Albania that will punish without mercy and in an exemplary manner the anti-patriots: the traitors, the devils, the troublemakers, the speculators and the spies; for an Albania where there will be no place: the scoundrels, the serviles, the feudals and all those who hinder the development and progress of the reborn Albania.
- We fight to organize and unite the energies of the Nation, to prepare the intellectual and spiritual union of all Albanians.
- WE FIGHT FOR THE MOBILIZATION OF ALL THE LIVING FORCES OF THE NATION AGAINST THE OCCUPATOR, FOR THE REALIZATION OF THE HIGH NATIONAL IDEAL.
