Revalsche Zeitung, on 12th of April 1867, published an article discussing the demographics of Greece in 1833. Cited:

“In 1833, the population of Greece consisted of very heterogeneous elements; the island Greeks differed significantly from those on the mainland, who were strongly influenced by Albanians elements”.
