The Albanian victory of Logor in Emina Kutina against the Serbian forces of 1804

In the region Eminova Kutina (First Kutina), a village at the mouth of the Kutina River in the Nišava River, during the years 1804, Serbian forces were reported to have lost a battle against the Albanians of Seličevica, coming from Nish, while fighting in Logor. Serb forces under Miloje and Gavra also lost to Albanians in Leskovac.

“On the hill of Logor near Eminova Kutina, 1000 inhabitants of the surrounding valleys fought against the Turks; the Arnauts, who had come from Seličevica behind them, forced them to abandon their fortified position. When the main forces of the rebels, led by Miloje and Gavra, were defeated near Leskovac, the latter committed suicide”.
