In the study “INHUMAN TREATMENTS OF SERBIANS AGAINST MUSLIMS DURING THE BALKAN WARS” from 2016 by Ayşe Özkan, we can read that the Serb troops of General Božidar Janković (Божидар Јанковић) would kill babies and breastfeeding women. The Serbian command would also give out instructive passwords to the army to know when to kill Albanians.

Translation:

“The most formidable Serbian troops are under the command of General Yankovic […] So much so that the unarmed and defenseless people, the elderly, women and children, as well as innocent people who are still breastfeeding, have been targeted by their terrible cruelty.

Serbian commanders in the instructive passwords they gave to the army, “The way to neutralize Albania is” They said, “to exterminate the Albanians.”

When the regiment under Miralay Osbic’s command entered Prizren, he shouted “Kill!” he shouted. As soon as this order was given, Serbian soldiers attacked the houses and fell into their hands.”
