During World War II, state-funded Serbian forces, aside from committing atrocities against Jews, Albanians, Bosniaks, Croatians and Hungarians, also committed war crimes on German civilians.

Cited:

“The following measures stood out: (1) Systematic persecution of ethnic Germans in Yugoslavia, including the burning down of German villages by Serbian soldiers, as well as the deportation of ethnic Germans to concentration camps, and physical mistreatment of German-speaking persons; (2) Arming of Serbian bandits by the Serbian government.”
