Based on the baptismal book of 1737 written by the parish priest of Tophane, Dom Pal Kamsi, dated June 18, 1736, as he himself says in his book and which were later transmitted in the monograph of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Great Church, these are the families that we are listing here in alphabetical order. It should be noted that some of the families listed here do not exist or have moved from Shkodra to other places.

It is noted that among the above families there are also those of non-Albanian origin, f.v. Simini, Tedeskini, Todri, Radovani. However, these families have been assimilated over the generations and their descendants can now claim to be Albanians.
