Ali Podrimcaku of Krajkovi of Drenas says in an interview that his pain caused by the Serbian atrocities in 1998-1999 does not rest. The 76-year old man was beaten and tortured and it was a miracle that he survived. His village was burned down by Serbs and the old man was left in a state of coma.

“They beat me for death” he says. Ali Podrimcaku says in the interview that he asked the Serbian perpetrators to kill him, but instead they beat him until he passed out. The Serbs told him that they had orders from Belgrad to ethnically cleanse two villages in Drenica who had resisted the Serbian invaders in 1912 and in the 1940s.
