The name Dardan, Illyrian, Alexandu, is documented 1270 years before our era in the Hittite tablets. The name Alexander came from the Dardanë of Troy in the two most powerful tribes of the Kaonëve and Mollosëve. With the arrival of Scamander in Butrint, the name Kaon was revived, for the Kaon tribe, after the brother of Scamander in Troy.

The name Diell, Ilio was revived in Kestrini, near today’s Philate, in the city of the same name Kestrin, after the name of the son of the king of Kaonë and Epirus, Scamander, written Wilusa in Troy.

Mollos is the name of the son of Pyrrhus with Andromache, the wife of Hector. This Mollos gave the name to the tribe of Mollosëve.
From this tribe we have the continuation of the line of the name Alexander with Alexander Mollos.

The name Alexander was also revived in the kingdom of the Lyncestes, where the paternal grandmother of Alexander of Macedon lived.
This Alexander of Lyncestes even called the first king Alexander of Macedon after his uncle Alexander Mollos. Uncle Alexander fought with men, the Romans; nephew Alexander fought with men of the uncivilized world.

Alexander of Macedon was born with dreams of civilizing the world with his Alexandrias. The other name Dardan, Illyrian, Cassandra also comes from Troy. Cassandra is the sister of the king Caon and the Epirote Scamander. Cassander is also a name for a son, one of Alexander of Macedon’s generals was called Cassander.

Scamander is also the name of Hector’s son, after his uncle and the river Scamander, the sacred river in Troy. The most legendary name of the Illyrians is the name BardhYll, Bardhyl, the White Star; the longest-lived king of the Dardanians.

The Greek language cannot explain the Illyrian names, nor the names of the gods.

Greece or Hellas as a territorial name did not exist when the Dardanians opened the sea or land routes from Nish to Troy or from Troy to Sicily and up to the north of the Adriatic. The royal door of Atreus; of the Achaeans is not purely Greek, it is half-Greek from the mother.
