This article is dedicated to Azem Jakup Lukaj who imprisoned in 1952 in the notorious prison of Goli Otok for many years. He was tortured until his death. His brother Selman Zeneli Lukaj ws also tortured and imprisoned at the same time by the notorious Serbian Bogolub Radiqi in Rugova. These were from Dugaiva in Rugova.
