This is a map of a 19th century Russian military officer who places the old Serbs in the territories of Eastern Europe, near Belarus. It was made by Rittih Alexander Fedorovich (June 23, 1831 – June 22, 1915, Tsarskoye Selo), a Russian military figure and ethnographer.
