This sadistic and barbarian method of torture and murder was common among the methods of the Serb Aleksandar Rankovic, the head of the Yugoslav Secret Service in the 1950s. They would tie the hands of interrogated Albanians and forcibly enter their heads into ovens and hold them until they were burned alive.
