Facts written by Serbs about the loyalty to Serbia of Xhafer Devas father, Ibrahim Agë Deva (1860-1938) in Mitrovica.
It was difficult to find during the Serbian era (1912-1941) a wealthy Albanian without being loyal to the Serbian invader, such as Ibrahim Agë Deva. He was the owner of many properties in Mitrovica. In this article, I found a Serbian book and found the Agë of Mitrovica praised by them.
In 1915 when the Serbs fled Macedonia, they were threatened by the war with the Bulgarians. Among other things, they had to carry 300 chests, of museum value from Skopje to Mitrovica. But, even in Mitrovica they had to be hidden from Austria-Hungary as it was stolen goods. Why did they guard them so carefully?
