Jetullah Muharrem Rezalla (Zabeli), born in January 1903 in Rezall, was a dedicated Albanian patriot and fighter from Drenica. Sent to military service in Ljubljana at age 20, he learned to read and write in Albanian. Throughout his life, he volunteered wherever national causes required, serving as vice-president of Skenderaj in 1941 and fighting alongside Commander Shaban Palluzha with his son Mehmet. Rezalla participated in key LNDSH congresses in 1944 and led resistance actions in Qyqavica. Surrounded by OZN forces, he surrendered in 1947 to protect civilians and was sentenced to 11 years in prison, served in Nish.
The patriot Jetullah Muharrem Rezalla was born in January 1903 in Rezallë, at the age of 20 he was sent to military service in Ljubljana, there he learned to read and write, and that in the Albanian language.

Jetullahu and his activists held positions at the top of Qyqavica, where he killed hundreds of partisans, he was a participant in the Fourth Congress of the LNDSH in May 1944 in Kosmaç, as well as in the Fifth Congress of Blinaja. Jetullah Rezalla was an excellent brave man, said Hilmi Zariqi, he is a dedicated fighter of Drenica.
Patriot Jetullah Rezalla, being under the siege of the OZN, and not wanting to endanger the residents and his own family, surrenders on February 3, 1947, and is sentenced to 11 years in prison, which he serves in Nish.
