The criminal in the photo is called Goroljub Paunovic, the Serbian paramilitary killer who committed crimes against Albanian civilians in the 1998-1999 Kosova war, in the most terrible way.

Four injured Albanian civilians are exposed to this bulldog dog, and this is how the dog eats defenseless civilians alive. Paunovic repeated the same thing several times by feeding the dog part of the body of Albanian civilians. To date, nothing is known about the 60 Albanian civilians missing in Vushtrri.
