Summary
This text celebrates recent archaeological confirmation that Homeric Ithaca corresponds to modern Ithaca, crediting Greek scholar Iakovos Thomopoulos, who in the early 20th century claimed the same in one of his books. The author highlights Thomopoulos’ larger work interpreting Pelasgian inscriptions as Albanian, arguing that Albanian is a pre-Greek language. The post predicts the eventual academic vindication of both the Ithaca theory and the Pelasgian-Albanian connection, while promoting an upcoming website and hinting at the author’s personal identification with Thomopoulos through reincarnation.
The Unknown Study of the Famous Greek Pelasgologist and Albanologist Iakovos Thomopoulos on Homeric Ithaca and Its Complete Vindication

Yesterday on a OneTV program (see photo on the right), the mayor of Ithaca appeared and spoke about the new archaeological discoveries and the Odyssey. The new findings prove that Homeric Ithaca is indeed today’s Ithaca and not Kefalonia or Lefkada, as we have been fed for decades by so many fictitious amateurs or professional “hostages” who have now been overwhelmingly defeated!
What many people do not know is that the famous medical philosopher, historian, and linguist Iakovos Thomopoulos — who in 1912 wrote a 1000-page book on the Pelasgians and interpreted all Pelasgian inscriptions from Greece and Asia Minor through the Albanian language, mathematically proving that the Pelasgian language was Albanian/Arvanite, and that Albanian is a pre-Greek idiom which survived in the mountains of Albania while other areas gradually became Hellenized (hence all pre-Greek toponyms and the names of heroes and gods in Greek mythology can be explained in Albanian) — had written, four years earlier, a third book on Homeric Ithaca (see photo on the left). In it, he argued that Homeric Ithaca is modern-day Ithaca.
Just as the titan Thomopoulos has been vindicated in 2026 regarding Homeric Ithaca, so too will he be vindicated on the Pelasgians. I will contribute to this vindication with my new ethnological-linguistic website, so that 2027 becomes the year of the Pelasgian justification! 2500 years of mocking the Pelasgians — unbelievable.

The Pelasgians are victims of the fantastic classicist circles of the West, which have confined our history to the Classical period through the deception of the Greco-Roman world. This is why Pelasgology has no place in foreign universities! After all, not all of antiquity was Pericles and his Athenian boys…
P.S. Now if I tell you that Jacob Thomopoulos is probably me, you’d say I’ve lost my mind, right? But this too will be proven medically and biologically. As an appetizer, here is a literary source from the eminent physician Ian Stevenson, director of the Department of Perceptual Studies at the University of Virginia School of Medicine, and his book Where Reincarnation and Biology Intersect.
