The Illyrian Empire: How Pelasgian Sons Restored Rome and Shaped Europe

From the “Les Pélasges” of 1894 by Eduard Schneider:

“To prove the true hypothesis, we have only the language of the ancient Pelasgians, which was spoken successively by the Epirotes, the Thessalians, the Hellenes, the Macedonians, the Phrygians, the Thracians, the Illyrians, the Dardanians, the Iliots, and others; a language that is still spoken by the Shqyptars, improperly called Albanians, probably by the Latins, who called these peoples by the name that designated for them the rising of the day.”
