Property Deed from 1938 belonging to Ali Beqiri from the village of Tupallë, Medveđa municipality, in which it is stated that Tupallë is part of Kosovo territory, in the Jabllanica district.
A property deed issued in 1938 to Ali Beqiri, a resident of the village of Tupallë (Tupalle) in the municipality of Medveđa, explicitly states that the village belonged to the territory of Kosovo, within the Jabllanica district.
The document, which serves as official proof of ownership at the time, identifies Tupallë as located in Kosovo’s Jabllanica region. This historical record reflects the administrative classification of the area during the Kingdom of Yugoslavia period, prior to World War II.
The deed has surfaced in discussions regarding the historical and territorial status of Albanian-inhabited villages in the Medveđa region, which today lies within Serbia’s administrative borders.
