According to the Daily Report East Europe, on April 4, 19992, Yugoslav border guards shot and killed two Albanian citizens (described as “still unidentified”) near the Lugu i Zi (Lug i Zi) border post in the Tropojë. One incident involved “Pyramid 6.11” (likely a border marker or observation point).
