When Prizren was the diplomatic center of the Balkans in the 14th century. That the Republic of Ragusa (today Dubrovnik) should have diplomatic relations with Prizren was decided in the Senate on 18.II.1332 with 74 votes in favor and 66 against, for a consul there who took office (one month later) on 08.III.1332.
