Serbianisation (Slavization) of the Catholic Albanians of Ilirida and Tetova (Gëzim Gjokaj turned Zoran Dokovic)

In this interview, a local of Tetova and Ilirida explains that his name is Gëzim Gjoka, or using his Serbia name – Zoran Djokovic (Gjokovic). He openly states that he is a Catholic but identifies as Serb. This man clearly has an Albanian name and origin, however, Serbian assimilation policies in Macedonia has led to this Albanian, and others, identifying as a Serb or “Macedonian”. This is another strong evidence that there are no original Serbs in Macedonia – only assimilated Albanians.
