German newspaper from 1876 mentions that the Kuci tribe are Albanians

Cited:

“Regarding the Turkish-Montenegrin clash of July 1st, the Vienna Pol Corresp reports that the Ruccians (Kuccians), an Albanian tribe on the Montenegro border, who were supposed to advance with the Turks from Medun against the Montenegrins, turned against the Turks and, supported by a Montenegrin battalion, drove the troops back to Podgoriza and captured many of their weapons. Instead of Plamenac, Petrovich, the prince’s cousin, took over the supreme command of the Montenegrin army on the Albanian border.”
