According to the German publication “Du” from 1992, published by Conzett & Huber, on page 35, we can read that the Serbian author Brana Crnčević once said:
“The Serbs don’t kill out of hatred, but out of despair. And killing out of despair is a matter between the murderer and God, while killing out of hatred is a matter between the murderer and the devil. God is responsible for Serbian crimes, the devil for those of others.”
