Serbian newspaper exposes Aleksandar Vučić: These are the lies he told in 2021

Serbian newspaper Nova.rs has summarized in an article the biggest lies that Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić has told during 2021. The Serbian media writes that it would take a lot of blank paper to write all the lies told by the Serbian president in 2021 alone.

One of Vučić’s lies of the year was the statement that “I don’t appear on television often.”

According to the Bureau for Social Research “BIRODI”, Vučić has been present for more than 100 hours of television broadcasts, Gazeta Express reports.

Another lie of the Serbian president was the statement that he “does not indict political opponents and journalists.”

But, in early November 2021, the Serbian president filed a lawsuit against politician Bosko Obradović and former Belgrade mayor Dragan Dilas, alleging that they had damaged his reputation with their comments in the media.

Vučić also commented on the possibility of someone in Serbia declaring that the Republika Srpska of Bosnia and Serbia would unite, and what reactions there would be in the EU.

But Vučić has ignored the statements of his subordinate Aleksandar Vulin, who spoke on TVPink about the unification of all Serbs into one state.

Vučić also lied about the meeting he called historic between him and Edi Rama, saying that it was the first time that two representatives of the states of Albania and Serbia had met since 1947.

Former Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic met with Ilir Meta in 2001, then Vuk Drashkovic as Foreign Minister visited Albania and former Albanian Foreign Minister Kastriot Islami visited Belgrade.

Vučić also lied when he stated that Serbia has the cheapest electricity in Europe. But according to data from Eurostat, Serbia does not have the cheapest electricity in Europe, as the cheapest electricity is in Ukraine./express.
