Austrian threatens Montenegro: Forget the EU if you continue with the non-recognition of Kosovo

The Austrian, Johan Sattler, who represents the European Union in Montenegro, has “sworn” representatives of the parliamentary majority in Podgorica that the union will sever all relations with the state if the campaign to de-recognize Kosovo by municipal assemblies continues.

It is precisely the initiator of this anti-Kosovar campaign, the leader of the Democratic People’s Party (DNP), the Serb Milan Knežević, who made known this threat from the man from Brussels, to whom he gave the attributes of the ruler of Montenegro.

“And the Governor of Montenegro, the president of all presidents, the sun that never sets and the moon that watches over us eternally, His Excellency Johan Sattler, after the de-recognition of the so-called state of Kosovo in the Municipal Assembly of Pljevlja, gathered the parliamentary majority and threatened them that he would no longer be their partner if another de-recognition occurred,” Knežević said in a video presentation on social networks, KosovaPress reports.

According to him, it is only the DNP that does not listen to Sattler and does not go to him for instructions, which, according to him, would make the late Montenegrin heroes feel sorry for.

“Unfortunately, it seems that everyone has vowed that there will be no more recognition and swore an oath to Satler near Ribnica. Unfortunately, everyone except the People’s Democratic Party. And if by chance Serdar Janko Vukotic, Marko Milanov, King Nikola were to hear this, how an EU bureaucrat is ordering all of Montenegro what it can and cannot do, they would probably roll over in their graves or rise from their graves and come before all of us, to ask: ‘Who are you? Whose are you? For whom did we shed blood and fight for all these decades? For Satler or for you?’” he said.
