They defend freedom and democracy. They share European values. They deserve a European future without delays. No more vetoes. No more blackmail. Enlarge the EU with those who are ready!
Serbia must not hold Europe’s future hostage.
Ukraine and Kosovo have demonstrated their commitment to Europe’s future under the most difficult circumstances. Their path toward the European Union should be accelerated.
EU enlargement should reward countries that advance reforms, democracy and closer European integration. Progress should be based on each country’s own merits—not delayed because another candidate is moving more slowly. A stronger Europe needs courage, leadership and enlargement.
