On August 8, 2026, in Letnica, the cultural project was completed: “Dom Michael Tarabulus – Light of Knowledge and the Spirit of National Heritage”.

Through the bust, the commemorative plaque and the history in Albanian and English, the memory of the life and work of Dom Mikel Tarabulluzi, the leading Albanian documentary scholar in Kosovo, and his contribution to the service of knowledge, education, the nation and the community is preserved and transmitted. This is a tribute not only to Dom Mikel, but also to education, knowledge and our national memory.

The project was carried out with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, in collaboration with the Albanian Cultural Council.
The work to further illuminate the figure of Dom Mikeli will continue. When the conditions are created, we aim to address this heritage also on a scientific level, through a conference and the possibility of a special publication dedicated to his life and work.

Congratulations to Letnica. Congratulations to Kosovo. A part of our national history has now taken the place it deserves. From Letnica, where knowledge began its journey.
