When Serbian soldiers would decapitate prisoners of war, the Serbian women would give poison water to exhausted troops and Serbian children participate in atrocities (1914-1918)

Cited from a German report from 1918, about Serbian atrocities against Austro-Hungarian troops and prisoners of war.

“Serbian troops are massacring and mutilating prisoners and the wounded. For instance, one of our men was found beheaded and with his arms severed. Our dressing stations are coming under fire”.

“The reported fact that even Serbian women fired on our troops from ambush and gave poisoned water to exhausted soldiers cannot be erased by even the most shameless lies.”

“A pallbearer patrol transporting a wounded colonel was shot down at close range. Even Serbian children are participating in the atrocities.”
