When Serbian leader Wulle Illich (Vule Ilić Kolarac) who committed atrocities in Semendria (Smederevo) and Belgrad was captured by the Habsburg authorities in Pančevo in 1813

Cited:

“From the report of the International Brigade at Pancsova, dated the day before yesterday, the Most Honorable Court War Council’s Presidium will have duly noted that the Serbian leader Wulle Illich, who is alleged to have committed several atrocities in his recent appearances near Semendria and Bellgrad, is currently in custody at Pancsova and has offered a gift of 100 ducats for the wounded of our army. I have instructed the Brigade to deliver this gift to Ann Wand.”
