Cited:

“Regarding the uprising in Turkey: Today, we have no victories to report from either the forces regrouping in Herzegovina or those in Serbian Bosnia; however, there is news of a significant defeat suffered by the Serbian intruders under Captain Vlajkovits in Bosnia. This force of 600 men had crossed the Bosnian border opposite Austrian Raca (Rača) on the 3rd of the month and seized the village of Turkish Raca that same day. The following day, however, they were attacked by a strong battalion of Nizams, driven out of the village, and scattered, leaving 70 dead on the field”.
