How both the Serbian civilians (Rayah) and Serb military committed massacres against Catholic and Muslim Albanian civilians in 1912-1913

Kako su i srpski civili (raja) i srpska vojska počinili masakre nad katoličkim i muslimanskim albanskim civilima 1912–1913. godine

Cited from the “Österreich-Ungarns Aussenpolitik von der bosnischen Krise 1908 bis zum Kriegsausbruch 1914”:

“Albanian villages are completely wiped out, prisoners and even innocent people are massacred. A constant search is underway for spies and “Schwabski agitators.” On the road to Verisović [Ferizaj], travelers are robbed and murdered. Faced with this reign of terror, Muslims and Catholics hardly dare to leave their homes; Prisren [Prizren] is deserted. There is widespread resentment among the Muslims, but no resistance whatsoever.

All Muslims, notables, Hoxhas, and the people of Prisren [Prizren] and Djakova [Gjakova] besieged me with requests for Austro-Hungarian occupation. Then anarchy ensued. On the 29th, mobs plundered the Konak, barracks, and depots. On the evening of the 30th, enemy cavalry appeared before the city. Local Serbs raised the Serbian flag on the fortress the following day. On November 2nd, the village of Nasec was plundered and burned.

The Serbian civil and military authorities display an increasingly unbearable arrogance towards foreign representatives. Serbian troops commit atrocities against the Muslim population. Serbian rajas, with the active participation of the Serbian military, carry out a systematic massacre of the non-Serb population. “
