“Turkey: A clash recently took place between Montenegrins and Albanians on July 28. According to press reports, the Montenegrins were the aggressors, attempting to drive the Albanians out of Matagosh; however, they were repelled and pursued by the Albanians as far as the church of Golubovci on the road to Podgorica. The Albanians captured significant spoils in the process. Substantial reinforcements for the League in Tuzi are en route from Prizren.”
