Albanians (Albanopolis) Were Mentioned Already In 150 AD by Claudius Ptolemy 1,876 Years Ago

In his Geography, written in the second century CE (c. AD 150), Claudius Ptolemy records the Albanoi (Albani) and their town Albanopolis in the western Balkans, within the territory of present-day Albania. This passage is an important ancient reference to the name later associated with Albania and the Albanians.
